Tapped In Helpdesk at WIAOC 2007
In order to volunteer for Tapped In helpdesk, please put your name here.
What do you have to do if you sign up here? You would be expected to know what was happening at WiAOC at the time you signed up, and what was coming up in the next couple of hours. You should be able to tell people how to access those "right now" and upcoming events. You would not be expected to troubleshoot or problem-solve, but you might have some idea who to contact for more help. No technical expertise is assumed. You are simply a friendly helpdesk person who knows more than people who drop by TappedIn knowing very little about WiAOC and need assistance getting oriented.
